Position Title: HR Manager (Female)
Location: Karachi
Salary Range: 80K-100K (Negotiable as well based on skills and experience)
Requirements & Responsibilities:
-Idea candidate must have 10 years experience in policy development and documentation, recruiting and staffing, employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
-Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
-Managing the recruitment and selection process
-Support current and future business needs
-Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
-Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
-Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
-Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
-Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
-Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
-Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
-Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
